What happens after you say yes

No surprises after the deposit. Here is how an engagement actually runs — and what we need from you at each step.

  1. Discovery

    A call, then a scope in writing.

    We work out what the site has to do before anyone opens a design tool: who arrives, what they need to do, and what counts as this project working. You get a fixed price for an agreed scope, not an hourly rate.

    What we need from youAn hour of your time, and honest answers about what isn't working today.

  2. Design

    You see it before it gets built.

    Key pages designed against that scope, then revised with you within the rounds your tier includes. Nothing moves to build until you've signed off on how it looks.

    What we need from youYour copy and imagery, plus brand assets if you have them.

  3. Build

    Built in your account, not ours.

    The site is built on your own platform subscription, in your name. You hold the keys from the first day of the build rather than being handed them at the end.

    What we need from youAccess to your domain registrar, and to any payment or booking accounts we're wiring in.

  4. Handover

    It's yours, and you can run it.

    We go live and walk your team through the CMS so they can publish without us. What transfers to you on completion is written into the agreement before work starts.
